At your first visit, you'll complete a short intake form that covers your dental history and any insurance or CDCP details. This allows our front desk to verify your coverage before your appointment begins. We bill most major insurance plans directly and are a CDCP-approved provider. New patients can start with a free consultation, and walk-ins are always welcome, though calling ahead will help you get seen faster.
Your Dental Exam and Impressions
Your dental exam and any necessary X-rays will be performed personally by. Rohit Khurana or. Aanchal Khurana. We'll look at your teeth, gums, and take imaging if needed to get a complete picture of your oral health.
